Construction starts for the FR House basement level

The first level of the house is almost complete! The walls of the storage and service quarters as well as the sunken garden and the vehicular access are already visible. We wanted to keep the large trees, which complicated the excavation and foundation stages of the project. However, the pool and bedrooms will have protective shadows reducing the need for air-conditioning.
