Portico represents a groundbreaking concept for how to establish a livable residential district in the middle of a city. The expansive site renews the idea of an enlightened urban lifestyle by combining the best elements from the most successful cities to create a residential district unlike any other in the world. A mixed-use, pedestrian-friendly urban landscape, Portico has open spaces for a wide range of activities and it is architecturally diverse, offering residents the possibility of living in towers with panoramic views of the Ortigas skyline, or in town houses clustered around private courtyards. The district is interconnected by a network of 12 courtyards each planted and programmed differently to foster a wide range of outdoor lifestyles. Access to Portico is facilitated through a system of two-way automobile ramps leading to an underground parking structure connected to 4 neighboring roads, making it easy to leave your car and explore the district on foot. Portico’s towers will be Metro Manila’s first ensemble of buildings whose architectural signature comes from their collective impact on the city skyline.
