The masterplan choreographs a lifestyle centered around movement, restoration, and connection to the sea across the peninsula. Anchored by The Wave’s 60-key condo-hotel, the Alon Wellness Club, 27 Cocoon Villas, a 60-room Cocoon Hotel, 27 fairway homes and villas, a 90-room Fairway Hotel, and the Cliff House, the residential designs and amenities are seamlessly integrated into the natural attractions. Terraced accommodations, private gardens, beachfront restorative spaces, restaurants and bars, and social hubs are woven into the natural landscape, allowing architecture and ecology to operate as one continuous experience.
Intentional design mirrors the beauty of Peninsula Point, as organic curves and weaving lines echo networks of sprawling biota and waterways. From the Wave to the Cocoon Hotels to the Cliff House, sloped roofs and curved surfaces situate the buildings within the greater map of the island, elegantly carving them from the very slopes they rest on. This architectural immersion embraces the exclusivity of the location and its rejuvenating atmosphere.
